How does it work?
1. Getting a quote
The client sends the content for evaluation. The usual types of documents are accepted: Microsoft Word/Excel documents, PDF, photographs, etc. The more final this material, the faster our delivery time.
Also please specify any special requests you may have regarding the format, design, timeline, etc.
2. Cost evaluation
After receiving your content, we will send a detailed quote which will include everything from cover design to content placement, revisions and pre-press dtp.
The end product will be a fully customized annual report, matching your company’s corporate identity guidelines.
3. Payment
Usually, a 50% downpayment is required before actual work starts. Payment can be processed via PayPal or Wire transfer.
This allows us to assign one of our designers to work full-time on your project.
The rest of payment will be charged at the end of the project.
4. Timing
Between 3 to 8 weeks depending on the content, and number of revisions on the original text.
To speed up the process, we suggest sending the content as close as possible to it’s final form.
Regular working hours are weekdays between 9-18 EET.
5. Photography
If you need to use stock photography in your report, an image bank photo costs between €10-30 depending on the resolution, including commercial licence.
For special photography services (board members, location shots) we can find & assist a photographer in your area for an additional fee.

Delivery
While working, intermediate PDF files are sent to your project manager to verify & ammend the information.
When completed, the final documents will be delivered as web-safe PDF and high resolution print-ready files.
Discounts
Discounts between 10-20% can be negociated depending on the number of pages and downpayment amount.
Emergency service
In case of a tight deadline we can deliver your report faster for an additional fee.
Please note that your content must be final before requesting this service.

Choosing to distribute your PDF report electronically instead of printing it will significantly reduce your production and sharing costs. It will also help the environment.

Rough structure of a good annual report
Cover design
The cover design should use your company's corporate colors and logo. Additional imagery & photography can be used to support your corporate message.
Overview section
The first pages are usually reserved for financial summary, a brief history of the company, corporate message and a letter to the shareholders.
In case you don't have your own corporate imagery bank, we can use stock photography to support your content.
Activity analysis
It is recommended to visually support your analysis using pie charts, graphs and tables. We can design information graphics in number of styles.
Financial statements
The financial analysis section usually starts with the Auditor's report, and must contain the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement in detail.
Final sections
The final chapters can be reserved for CSR statements, proxy forms, maps, index sheets.
